Terms & Conditions and PDPA

1) Booking & Deposit

·         Online booking with S$29 deposit is required at https://iwanidolroom.setmore.com; no deposit, no hold.

·         No refund for cancellations/no-shows; reschedule allowed ≥48 hrs in the system.

·         Late arrivals do not extend sessions; time runs from the booked start. Example: 10:30–13:30 slot, arrival 11:00 → still ends 13:30.

·         Full payment on arrival at the counter.

2) Sessions, Capacity & Entry

·         Three sessions daily: 10:30–13:30 | 13:45–16:45 | 17:00–20:00.

·         Be punctual. Capacity-controlled: when full, only booked guests are admitted; walk-ins/extra companions are not admitted (per on-site notice).

·         Queue numbers (first-come-first-served) manage entry & flow. Wardrobe/props selection follows queue order; no reservation. Absent when called, re-queue.

·         Makeup, changing, wrap-up, printing & photocards count within your session.

·         Be gracious and respectful; if disputes turn violent or threatening, we will report to the police and terminate the session without refund.

3) Overtime & Charges

·         Overtime is subject to schedule availability and our approval.

·         >10–30 mins = 0.5 hr. / $25; >30–60 mins = 1 hr.; $49.

·         Overtime charges apply at posted rates and must be settled immediately on-site.

4) Content Standards

·         No nudity without adequate coverage; no indecent or illegal themes.

·         For hygiene and comfort, we do not offer cross-dressing themes/services. Contact staff if you have questions.

·         Breaches may be terminated without refund; disinfection/cleaning fees may apply.

5) Wardrobe / Makeup / Props

·         Wardrobe, accessories and props are for shooting only; keep them clean/intact and return on time.

·         Do not move furniture, lights (incl. power cables), background systems, or large/heavy props without staff; adjustments are done by staff.

·         Loss, stains, damage or contamination may incur repair/cleaning/replacement fees.

·         Food/drinks, powders, liquids, paints, glitter, smoke/dry ice, sprays, fake blood, etc. require prior approval; otherwise not allowed.

·         No pets inside (including accompanying).

6) Space Use  

·         Be respectful and orderly.

·         Zero tolerance for violence or threats; we will report to the police and may terminate without refund.

·         Security & law enforcement: CCTV in operation; in case of disputes, losses, injuries or suspected offences, footage may be provided to the police as required by law.

·         No smoking (incl. e-cigarettes); avoid running/shouting.

·         Reset and clean your area before leaving; cleaning/damage fees may apply.

7) Equipment & Power

·         Use studio lights and any electrical equipment only with staff guidance.

·         Do not overload power or daisy-chain power strips; keep liquids/sprays away from power; report any abnormality (smell, heat, sparks) immediately.

·         Personal devices must be safe and compatible; high-power/heat/smoke devices require prior approval.

·         You are liable for damage or injury caused by improper or unauthorised use.

8) Food, Security & Valuables

·         Except items purchased in-studio, no food/drink in sets; dispose of your trash. Soiling scenes, wardrobe or props may incur cleaning/compensation fees.

·         CCTV is managed in compliance with law and may be provided to the police when required (see Cl. 6).

·         Lockers are available; keep valuables safe yourself.

9) Payment, Receipts & Fees

·         Deposit online; balance in full on arrival.

·         Receipts available per on-site policy.

·         Any refund-related bank/platform fees (if applicable) follow on-site policy.

10) Reschedule & Force Majeure

·         For force majeure (e.g., power outage, public health measures), postponement is offered (deposit non-refundable) per our notices.

11) PDPA Notice

·         Under Singapore’s PDPA, we collect, use and disclose your personal data for booking management, verification, billing/payment, service delivery and security (incl. CCTV).

·         With your explicit consent, we may send marketing updates.

·         You may request access, correction or withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal).

·         Where required by law, CCTV footage may be provided to the police for investigation.

入场规则个人资料保护声明

1）预约与定金

·         我们采用「线上预约＋定金制」。请到 https://iwanidolroom.setmore.com 完成预约并支付新币 30 元定金；未支付将不保留档期。

·         取消／缺席不退款；改期请≥48 小时前于系统操作。

·         迟到不顺延：时段自预约开始时间起算；未用分钟作废。例：预约 10:30–13:30（3 小时），11:00 到店仍于 13:30 结束。

·         到店需全额付款：抵达后于柜台一次性结清当次消费。

2）时段、人流与入场

·         每日三场：10:30–13:30｜13:45–16:45｜17:00–20:00。

·         请准时到场；我们限流入场，满额仅接待当场次预约顾客，未预约或超编同行者暂不接待（以现场公告为准）。

·         现场取号（先到先得）安排入场与动线。服装与道具选择依取号顺序，号码靠前者优先；不预留服装或道具。叫号未到视同放弃，需重新取号。

·         更衣、收尾、打印与小卡制作均计入时段内，请按时撤场。

·         请彼此礼让与尊重；若争执演变为任何形式的暴力或恐吓，我们将立即报警并终止拍摄且不退款。

3）加时与计费

·         是否可加时以现场档期与不影响后续场次为前提，须经我们同意。

·         超时计费：超 10–30 分钟＝计半小时；$25 超 30–60 分钟＝计 1 小时；其后每 30 分钟＋计半小时。

·         加时费按当日费率计收，需当场结清。

4）拍摄尺度与主题

·         不接受未做充分遮挡的裸露／大尺度拍摄及任何违反公序良俗的主题。

·         出于卫生与整体舒适度考虑，我们目前不提供异装／反串装扮相关服务。如有疑问请联系工作人员。

·         违反者，我们有权即时终止拍摄且不退款，并可收取消毒／清洁费。

5）衣服／妆发／道具

·         服装、饰品、道具仅供拍摄使用；请保持整洁完整按时归还。

·         未经许可请勿移动家具、灯具（含补光灯/电源线）、背景系统、大型或重型道具；需调整时由工作人员操作。

·         若遗失、污损、破损或污染，或不当使用致无法复原，将收取修复费／清洁费／更换费。

·         食物、饮品、粉末、液体、颜料、亮片、烟饼、干冰、喷漆、假血等具污染或危险性物品须提前报备并获同意，否则禁止携入。

·         禁止携带宠物入场（含陪同入场）。

6）场地使用

·         礼貌与尊重：请彼此礼让与尊重，保持良好沟通与秩序。

·         零容忍暴力：如争执演变为任何形式的暴力或恐吓，我们将立即报警并配合警方处理；有权终止拍摄且不退款。

·         安防与执法配合：馆内设 CCTV；如涉纠纷、损坏、伤害或疑似违法，我们将依法向警方移交影像以供调查。

·         全面禁烟（含电子烟）；避免奔跑与喧哗。

·         结束请复位与清理；造成脏污或损坏将依规范收取清洁费／赔偿费。

7）器材与供电

·         使用馆内灯具及各类电器设备前，请由工作人员确认与协助。

·         勿超负荷用电／串接多层排插；液体与喷雾远离电源与设备；有异常请立即停用并通知。

·         自带设备须安全合规且符合供电条件；高功率／发热／产烟设备须预先报备并获准。

·         因违规或不当使用导致的损害，由责任方承担（含检修费／清洁费／更换费）。

8）饮食、安防与贵重物品

·         除本馆售卖的小吃与饮料外，场景拍摄区禁止饮食；垃圾自理。弄脏场景、服装或道具，可能收取清洁／赔偿费。

·         馆内 CCTV 影像依法律管理，执法需要时依法提供（详见第 6 条）。

·         提供储物柜；贵重物品请自行妥善保管。

9）付款、票据与手续费

·         定金线上支付；余款到店一次性结清。

·         票据按现场公告执行。

·         任何退款（若适用）的银行／平台手续费，按现场规定执行。

10）改期与不可抗力

·         因天灾、停电、公共卫生管制等不可抗力，可延期（不退定金），以我们的公告与通知时限为准。

11)个人资料保护声明

·         •  我们依据新加坡《个人资料保护法》（PDPA）收集、使用与披露你的个人资料，用于预约管理、身份核验、付款/开票、服务交付与安防（含 CCTV）。

·         •  经你明确同意，我们亦可发送活动/促销信息。

·         •  你可申请查阅、更正或撤回同意（撤回不影响撤回前的处理）。

•     如涉纠纷或执法要求，我们可依法向警方提供 CCTV 影像以供调查。
